Microtube Extrusions are specialist manufacturers of precision small bore tubing. Our standard product range extends from 0.20mm to 5.0mm I.D. with various wall thicknesses. We produce tubing in a variety of materials including polyethylene, polyester elastomer and various grades of PVC, including medical grade PVC. We also manufacture double lumen and triple lumen tubing in polyethylene. Sizes range from 0.35mm to 1.10mm I.D. We have facilities for cutting tubing from 10mm upwards. Our skilled personnel have over 20 years experience in this unique field and can help solve the most challenging tubing problems. Microtube has deliberately maintained the capability to conduct trial work for clients with unique custom requirements, particularly those involved in research. This exciting work gives opportunity for our skills and experience to come to the fore as we experiment with new techniques and materials.
